CONNECT

Originally from France, I moved to Essex at the age of eighteen, after leaving Art school and my life in Paris. My work often draws on these two cultures, producing images that can sometimes be gritty, yet often humorous at the same time. I have many diversed inspirations but my favourite artists include Robert Williams, David Hockney, as well as local artists Matt Mackman and Hattie Stewart... Not to forget the incredible Andy Warhol!

 

Using my love for photography and self-taught editing techniques, I have, in the last few years, started to create some striking digital artwork, which I like to think of  as thought-provoking, modern and different. But I have also, more recently, produced a "Then & Now" series of artwork, which merge old and new pictures together. This project includes streets of Colchester but many more locations to follow...
